Figure Robot Warranty & Service: What’s Known

Updated September 2026.

The short answer

Figure has published no consumer warranty or service terms. The company sells commercially through enterprise agreements only, with no consumer availability (RoboBrief 2026 tracker). Service and repair for deployed units – such as the material-handling fleet at BMW Spartanburg (RoboBrief) – sits inside those contracts and is not public.

Why terms may surface soon

Figure began alpha-testing its humanoid in home settings in 2025 (TechCrunch), and its manufacturing cadence – 350+ third-generation units, one robot per hour at BotQ (Figure, April 2026) – is scaling past what enterprise pilots alone absorb. Any move toward broader sales forces published warranty terms. We will publish them verbatim when they exist.

Protection plans

No third-party protection plan exists for Figure robots today. Owners and operators can join our repair waitlist to be notified when repair support and protection options for their platform become available.
