What we can do today
Failure and error-code intelligence, by robot model. Our datasets cover symptoms, severity, resolution status, and OEM error codes — every entry tied to a public source, version-controlled since July 2026, and archived so the record cannot be backdated. If your programs touch humanoid robots, this is the loss-pattern picture that does not exist anywhere else in the West. We are open to data conversations now.
What’s coming
In 2027 we publish the Certified Humanoid Technician criteria — the first open standard for the trade — and evaluate a founding cohort against them. Beyond that: claims and repair routing through certified technicians, built with partners rather than ahead of them. If routing humanoid claims is on your roadmap, the right time to shape this is before the criteria are final.

Warranty administrators and program obligors building humanoid coverage. Distributors and resellers handling RMAs without a repair bench behind them. Manufacturers entering Western markets without service infrastructure. Insurers and data buyers who need failure-rate ground truth. If that is you, the conversation costs nothing.
